We are so EXCITED you are interested in becoming a vendor at our “Christmas in July” Sip & Shop.
“Christmas in July” is a one-day event featuring multiple local KC vendors, delicious food and live music. It is a unique shopping experience for all guests where customers can start their holiday shopping early!
EVENT DATE: July 23, 2022
TIME: 10AM-3PM *Vendors set up starting at 8:30AM
LOCATION: Stone Pillar Winery | Olathe, KS
SWAG BAGS: First 30 guests will receive a SWAG BAG at the entrance of the event. Get your local small business out there by participating in the swag bags! Examples of items to include: sample, “day of” exclusive coupon, baked good, etc. Price for participating is an additional $10.

All booth fees are non-refundable, and the deadline for booth payment in order to reserve your booth space is TWO DAYS after submission of this form. If fees are not paid by that time, your space may be released to another vendor.
Once payment is received- You have secured your booth (YAY!) and should receive an e-mail confirmation within 1-2 days.
“Day of” information will be sent via email approximately ONE week prior to the event.
